                          Chuck Millsap’s practice is concentrated in complex business and commercial litigation matters. Mr. Millsap has significant experience assisting clients in the construction, financial services, and insurance industries, and has been successful as well in litigating corporate, environmental, civil rights, intellectual property, and healthcare-related disputes in both federal and state court. He has also represented parties in significant corporate transactions, including deals for the purchase and sale of radio stations, aircraft part manufacturing operations, building industry operations, and other ventures.
